Vehicle & Fleet Graphics by Whitewater Print Co.

Turn every vehicle into a moving billboard.

Your vehicles are your most visible brand asset. They move through neighborhoods, park in front of clients, and log thousands of miles every year. We make every mile count with high-impact vehicle and fleet graphics installed by experienced technicians.

The Challenge

Your vehicles are moving billboards, yet most fleets leave them unmarked or inconsistent. Each vehicle represents thousands of annual impressions that cost nothing to gain. Multi-vehicle fleet graphics add real complexity, though. Coordinating brand consistency across dozens of vehicles, scheduling around operations, and hitting the same quality standard across markets takes more than a local sign shop.

Inconsistent fleet graphics dilute your brand just when you should be amplifying it. That's where most vendors fail.

Our Approach

We manage fleet graphics end-to-end, from design to installation. We travel nationwide to your fleet yard, eliminating the coordination nightmare of working with multiple local installers. Every wrap starts with precise vehicle measurements and custom templates.

For multi-unit programs, we develop brand-approved templates that replicate cleanly across all vehicles while allowing for regional variations or unit identifiers. One project manager, consistent quality, nationwide execution.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does a vehicle wrap last?

A professionally installed vehicle wrap using quality cast vinyl and overlaminate typically lasts 5–7 years under normal conditions. Longevity depends on climate (extreme heat accelerates degradation), garage storage vs. outdoor parking, and the quality of the materials used. We only use premium films rated for long-term exterior exposure.

How much does a fleet wrap program cost?

Fleet wrap pricing depends on the number of vehicles, the size and complexity of each vehicle (a cargo van vs. a semi-truck are very different projects), the extent of coverage (full wrap vs. partial), and any travel required for installation. Fleet programs are priced per unit and often include a volume discount. Contact us for a custom fleet quote.

Can you wrap leased vehicles?

Yes. Vehicle wraps are completely removable and, when installed correctly with quality vinyl, will not damage factory paint. In fact, wrapping a leased vehicle protects the original paint underneath, often leaving it in better condition than unwrapped vehicles. Just confirm with your leasing company that wrapping is permitted under your lease terms.

Do vehicle wraps damage paint?

No. When installed by professionals using quality cast vinyl, wraps protect paint rather than damage it. The vinyl acts as a barrier against UV rays, minor abrasions, and weathering. The risk of paint damage arises when low-quality materials are used or when wraps are left on well past their service life. We use quality films and follow proper installation procedures to ensure clean, damage-free removal.

How long does installation take per vehicle?

A full vehicle wrap typically takes 1–2 days per vehicle depending on size and complexity. A simple van wrap may be completed in a single day; a full semi-truck wrap with complex artwork may take 2–3 days. For fleet programs, we can often work on multiple vehicles simultaneously to compress the overall timeline.

What's the process for a multi-vehicle fleet program?

We start with a discovery call to understand your fleet composition, brand standards, timeline, and budget. Our design team develops vehicle-specific templates and a proof for approval. Once approved, we schedule installation at your facility or a designated location — we travel to you. We can phase large programs across multiple visits to minimize operational disruption.

Do you travel for vehicle wrap installation?

Yes. We travel anywhere in the United States for vehicle and fleet graphics installation. Many of our clients have fleets distributed across multiple states, and we coordinate nationwide installations from our base in Sylva, NC.
